Big Time Rush Announces Debut UK Show at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire

America’s hottest new music group and stars of Nickelodeon’s smash hit show of the same name – Big Time Rush – will be heading to the UK for the very first time to play a show London’s O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire on 19th April 2011.

Big Time Rush, will be releasing their debut UK single on the 6th March 2011. Having already charmed their way into the nation’s hearts on their hit Nickelodeon show of the same name, Kendall, James, Carlos and Logan will be heard doing what they do best on the catchy pop-track ‘Boyfriend’; which also features the distinct vocal-styling of legendary rapper Snoop Dogg.

Hugely popular on both sides of the Atlantic, the band have already sold over 1.5 million combined digital tracks worldwide and their debut album, ‘BTR’,released on Columbia Records in the U.S.,landed the no. 3 spot on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart last year.

Since its launch on Nickelodeon UK in May, the band’s globally successful series, ‘Big Time Rush’, consistently rates in the top three slots and reached over four million UK viewers last year alone. In addition, the ‘Big Time Rush’ section of Nickelodeon UK’s site received 2.5 million unique page views last year and during the band’s first trip to London earlier this month, they took part in a live global web chat for Nick.co.uk with over 50,000 questions submitted.

It was so awesome to fly from Amsterdam to London for BTR! The city is so nice and it was so cool to meet the BTR guys! We gave them a Dutch Clumb to remember us and i gave Logan 3 little pink cards from me!

It was cool to meet Mo from the USA and some other girls there! I hugged Logan and Kendall so i never been so happy as now!

Back home!

Landed today again on Amsterdam Airport! It was a awesome weekend, hugged Logan and Kendall and he got our presents from the Netherlands!

I will post some pictures later but i can tell you the're sweet and the boys look so hot ;)

BTR in London info!

Hello London, we’ll arriving in just a few days! If you’ve got any questions for us to answer while we’re there, post them below! We’re catching all the sights on Thursday February 3rd: Trafalgar Square at 8:30am, the London Eye at 12pm and we’ll be performing at MTV Studios later in the day! Can’t wait to see you all!
